Love & Rocket are a family run catering business based in the heart of the South Downs National Park near Midhurst in West Sussex. We provide colourful & creative bespoke catering across Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire for all types of events & celebrations.

From boutique dinner parties & canapé events, small plates table feasts & wild fire cooking to themed buffets and afternoon teas. We cater for weddings & parties, life celebrations, corporate entertaining and film & festival crew catering, all with a personal approach to help find the style of food & service that’s right for you.

Wherever possible we try and source our ingredients from local suppliers & producers. We use fresh seafood landed at Goring including the scallops in our Scallop ceviche with tiger’s milk, apple & cucumber and Worthing Gin in our Gin cured salmon with fennel & dill oil. Our meat & game – all free range, pasture grazed & higher welfare comes from West Sussex & the South Downs area via local butchers.

Our allotment and garden provide us with the herbs & wild flowers we use to garnish much of our food and also the ingredients for small-batch compotes, pickles & infusions.

We aim to minimise our fruit & vegetable waste in creative ways – lemon husks are preserved in salt for tagines, citrus skins are dried & powdered to add zing to desserts and all our left over raw scraps feed the compost.
