We can simply deliver your food ready to enjoy, or take care of every detail—from styling and tableware to experienced chefs, professional front-of-house staff, Kitchen equipment & furniture and seamless coordination—so you can relax and enjoy every moment with the people who matter most.

We are fortunate enough to be preferred caterers at a number of incredible venues throughout Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire including West Horsely place, Surrey Hills Yurts, Stanmer House and the Weald & Downland Museum. We are also equally at home in any other venue be it a private house & garden, marquee or stately home.

Wedding Catering - What's Included?

We know that every wedding is unique, personal and deserving of individual attention. From the first conversation to the final plate, we take care of the details that make your catering feel effortless, considered and completely right for you. Every Love & Rocket Wedding Catering Package includes:

Dedicated Event Manager & Head Chef
Experienced on-site throughout your wedding, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and our food and service are delivered to the highest standards.
Bespoke seasonal menus
Created exclusively around you, your wedding and your guests, using the best seasonal ingredients.
Thoughtful dietary catering
All dietary requirements are carefully catered for, so every guest feels included and well looked after.
Pre-event site visit & venue coordination
We’ll visit your venue beforehand and work closely with your venue team to make sure every detail is planned and in place.
Menu tasting
A tasting session of your chosen menu for up to four people, giving you the opportunity to taste, refine and perfect your menu before the big day. Tastings are charged at £100 and this is refunded against your final invoice once your booking is confirmed.

Our wedding catering is completely bespoke, so you can choose as much or as little support as you need. Wedding Feasts

Our Sharing Wedding Menus are created for joyful celebrations where generous, beautifully presented food brings guests together. Designed for larger weddings with a relaxed, convivial style of dining, each menu is served as abundant sharing feasts for guests to enjoy around the table.

Buffets

Beautifully styled and served as abundant rustic buffets, dressed with vintage serving ware, wooden risers and Kilner jars, complemented by seasonal flowers and fragrant herb posies to create a naturally luxurious setting.

Sacha and Jon were a pleasure to deal with throughout the planning process: responsive, flexible, and genuinely interested in making the day special rather than just ticking boxes. On the day, the food was outstanding. The ham with piccalilli, cheese and onion tart, scotch eggs, baby potatoes, coleslaw and breads were all exceptional quality and beautifully presented. The kids' food went down a storm too — always a good sign at a party with 50+ children running around. The team on the ground were professional and quietly brilliant — everything appeared at the right time, the setup looked gorgeous, and they handled the logistics of a big mixed-age crowd without a hitch. If you're planning any kind of event in West Sussex and want food that genuinely impresses — not just fills plates — these are your people. We'll be using them again without question.

This is a long overdue but very well deserved review for Love and Rocket Food. They catered our wedding in October last year and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The food was exactly what we wanted – bursting with flavour, perfectly prepared and presented, inventive and different from the standard fare. The team were also incredibly friendly and flexible – we worked with them on the menu and they were more than happy to accommodate all our requests, including preparing vegan portions for one of our guests. They were brilliant on the day too and seamlessly worked around our timelines. We felt we were in very safe hands and we and our guests loved the food. It was definitely a focal point of the day and we received countless compliments on it, it still gets mentioned when we see people even now. We would 1000% recommend Love and Rocket Food!
